Late Check-out Fees: 20% to extend from 12:00 to 14:00 (under availability). 50% to extend from 12:00 to 18:00 (under availability).

No Charge - If canceled with more than 14 days of arrival.

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 14 days of arrival.

20% non-refundable payment at the time of booking.

100% non-refundable payment 30 days before arrival.

Date changes possible up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.

Solo Palacio is not responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the apartment. 

Solo Palacio reserves the right to change apartments for clients within the same category or to a higher category.

Weather events may disrupt the availability of your apartment´s facilities or any apartment in the property. 

Pets up to 10 kg are allowed in certain apartments (subject to availability).  A pet cleaning fee of 30€ will be charged per stay.

Spa facilities: Reservations for a minimum of two people, under availability. 45€/ per person.
